Glazing

For flat leaseholders the windows of your flat are your responsibility to maintain. If you have an issue with your flat’s windows you are responsible for their upkeep and maintenance.

For the tenants of flats, then if you have an issue with the windows in your flat then your first point of contact is your Landlord/Landlady or the managing agent for your flat.

If there is an issue with the glazing in the communal areas:

  • The main entrance door glazing
  • The windows by the main entrance door.
  • The windows in the bin rooms.
  • The glazing of the central atrium windows
